The last sentence in the "Eligibility For Retention" section of the MinorLeagues rule page shall be changed from its current wording of:

"Minor-league players remain on an owner's roster until such time as they are released, traded, or are no longer eligible."

to:

"Minor-league players remain on an owner's roster until such time as they are released, traded, or are no longer eligible. Minor-league players cannot be selected or 'poached' by other teams during the supplemental or official draft."

Rationale

The value of having a minor league roster is severely diminished if they can be poached by other GMs during our existing draft processes. It seems to make sense to exempt our minor league rosters from being poached, so as to provide a safe place for us to nurture our hatchlings.
